iSO 20000 Certification Process
Make an inquiry: First, you have to make an inquiry with the IAS. You can do this by filling out an online form or by contacting us by phone or email.
Receive a quote: After receiving your inquiry, one of our business coordinators will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and provide you with a customized quote.
Sign the Agreement: If you decide to proceed with the certification, you will need to sign an agreement with the IAS. This agreement will outline the scope of certification, fees and terms and conditions.
Audit plan: After your application is approved, an ISO 20000 audit checklist will be prepared. This audit checklist will be used to assess your compliance with ISO 20000 requirements.
Audit: A team of ISO 20000 auditors will conduct an onsite audit of your organization to assess your compliance with ISO 20000 requirements.
Issuing a certificate: If the assessor determines that your organization meets all the requirements of the standard, ISO 20000 certification will be issued.
